Onsite Resource/s for Enhancements We will Provide the dedicated resources to the clients for Different enhancement/s.
Onsite Resource/s for Support We will Provide the dedicated resources to the clients for Different types of support for the existing projects.
Offshore Team and Operations If client wanted to have offshore team/resource, we will provide it for short-term and long term basis.
Support Operations
Hours of Support 24 x 7 - Production system is down or severely impacted such that routine operation is impossible
Tier1 Support2 1 Hour - Production issue where the system is functioning but in degraded or restricted capacity
Tier2 Support2 4 Hours - Production issue where minor functionality is impacted or a development issue
Tier3 Support2 1 Business Day - Request for information with no impact to business operations
